Living in a static caravan can be a LOT of fun for all the family, not only can you find some really well priced immaculate homes, but more often than not you will be living in a great location.
Static caravans tend to be around 40′ long by 12′ wide and comprise of bedrooms, a living area, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom (2 in some cases). There are varying ‘berth’ capacities, your size choice will probably be dictated on how many people you want to sleep there.
Caravans are moved via special lorries once they have been put together in the factory. People use them for all sorts of different uses, some use them as permanent homes, others will use them as holiday homes and they can even be used as offices or temporary homes for site workers, the possibilities are endless.
Static caravans for sale vary greatly in price depending on how old the caravan is, and what condition it’s in. If you’ve got enough for the down payment, but not enough to buy the caravan in full, then there are credit schemes available that you can consider. It can often be far cheaper than buying a traditional home, although you will need to have it inspected to make sure it is all in good order.

It does not matter who you are or where you are from, a static caravan is a popular choice and not just for the worse off and gypsies as it may have used to be. Even if you only want a holiday retreat for a few weeks of the year a static caravan is a worthy investment, you could rent it out whilst you are not living there.
You can have a great holiday experience in a static caravan that you might not otherwise get. Not only do they look attractive but are normally set up in some great locations where natural beauty abounds. You usually even get all the modern gear you would expect in a normal home such as double-glazed windows, electric stoves, Wi-Fi and digital TV!
You cannot help but see why so many folks are attracted to this way of living, for a holiday, or as their main permanent residence, a static caravan really does offer so much!
